The Rohto Mentholatum Hada Labo Gokujyun Hatomugi Bubble Face Wash is a cleanser containing pearl extract and plant-based ingredients such as dokudami extract (AKA houttuynia cordata) and chamomile flower extract to soothe and moisturise the skin.
